After years of struggling to find beautiful shoes in my size as an 11.5, I was inspired to create a solution. I was tired of digging through the picked over racks in the back of the store, desperate to find anything over a size 10. It became increasingly clear that women with larger feet were barely an afterthought. It's time for change.
I began working on Dani King in between classes from my dorm room at Brown University, and after years of development, I am so excited for you to finally get your hands on our shoes.
Handmade just for you
Dani King is a women's footwear brand designed exclusively for sizes 9–14. Every shoe is handcrafted in small-batch workshops in Elda, Spain, a region that has defined fine European shoemaking for generations. We use premium leathers and construction methods engineered specifically for larger feet. Our shoes are designed from the ground up by, and for, the women who wear them.
Dani King exists to celebrate women exactly as they are. We want you to own the space you take up, whether you are 5’1 or 6’1”. We believe that style is not a privilege reserved for certain sizes, and that a woman who wants to wear heels should wear the damn heels!
